The Problem
Now that almost everyone sees mental health care as essential health care, delivering the best care to those most in need has gotten even more expensive. The costs of operating a private practice are higher and so are the rates. Meanwhile, many non-profit agencies are inundated and clinician burnout leads to turnover. So how do we get excellent clinicians working with the most in-need families, couples, and individuals?
The Solution
North Mountain Counseling exists to fill in the gap between high-cost private practices and high-turnover large agencies. While those existing practices and agencies are meeting enormous needs, NMC is catching those who fall through the cracks.
